Crim 10-Miler

In August of 1977, Michigan House Speaker Bobby Crim and his assistant Lois Craig launched the first Bobby Crim 10 Mile Road Race. Little did they know that they were embarking on a journey that would change the City of Flint forever! In the 35 years since those first days as a race organization, the Crim Fitness Foundation has evolved into a highly regarded non-profit organization impacting the lives of thousands. The 3-day race events includes something for everyone, from wheelers and walkers, toddlers and seniors all the way to elite class runners.

Prize Money Breakdown

Course Description

The Marathon starts from the North side of Loons Stadium and proceeds east on Lyon to Washington, then to Discovery Way and on to Saginaw Road. Then it's Bay City Road to Waldo Road, to Salzburg to Fajole to Hotchkiss to Costa to Sarle to Webster, back to Hotchkiss to 3-Mile Road to Midland to Dean and a finish in the historic Bay City district. The last part of the race presents a gentle and welcome descent.
