North Country Trail Run Marathon

The 13th year of the North Country Run is fast approaching and over the last 12 years the race has grown to become a "must do" race with runners traveling from all over the country and from outside of the United States to take part. The event consists of a 50 mile ultra, 26.2 mile marathon and 13.1 mile half marathon all within the confines of the beautiful Manistee National Forest in Northern Michigan.

“This race is incredibly scenic, and the medal you receive for finishing is stunning. The aid station folks are very helpful, and the pre race ceremony is heartwarming. The 13.1 and 50 mile distances are also available, and there is terrific camaraderie amongst the participants at the post race party!”
