“4 miler that crosses the historic Camelback bridge, famous in the NW Ohio area. This race also has a Camel Calves race for the kids. Each year a famous runner/former runner attends the Friday night Free clinic and speaks to the local xc teams and young runners. 2011 we had Craig Virgin in town and in 2012 Suzy Favor Hamilton will be here. They speak on friday night and Saturday morning they are the official starter and help pass out awards afterwards. Just a great local race. Applebee's is on location and gives out free steak dinners after the race!” |
